low temperature desizing enzyme
to be used in textile processing. It is specially used for conventional and continuous

METSIZE-MT is a mesophilic Bacillus alpha amylase
medium temperature-desizing enzyme to be used in textile processing. It is specially
used for conventional and semi-rapid desizing process for fabric sized with starch,
starch derivatives or other synthetic materials.
METSIZE-HT is a thermophilic Bacillus alpha amylase
high temperature-desizing enzyme to be used in textile processing. It is specially
used for conventional and continuous desizing process for fabric sized with starch,
starch derivatives or other synthetic materials.
» DENIM FINISHING
METSTONE-LT is low temperature fungal Tricoderma species acid
cellulose for low temperature biostone washing enzyme to be used in
garment finishing processes. METSTONE-LT is specially designed to give fashionable
abrasion effects and soft, smooth hand feels without damaging the garments.
METSTONE-MT is a medium temperature fungal Tricoderma species
cellulase for biostone washing enzyme to be used in garment finishing
processes. METSTONE-MT is specially designed to give fashionable abrasion effects
and soft, smooth hand feels without damaging the garments. METSTONE-MT replaces
the conventional use of pumice stones and chemical, giving consistent washing, better
abrasion, better contrast and superior biostone wash look with improved and feel.
» BIOPOLISHING
METPOL is a fungal Tricoderma species cellulase
biopolishing enzyme to be used in fabric and garment finishing processes. METPOL
is specially designed to give permanent improvement in fabric quality by reducing
fuzz and pilling to give soft and smooth hand feel, without damaging the fabric/garment.
» BIOSCOURING
METSCOUR is a mixture of various enzyme preparations
produced from a selected strain of Bacillus species. METSCOUR break down pectin,
oils, waxen and proteins from cotton, thereby ensuring adequate wetting properties
and absorption properties for bleaching and/or dyeing process.
» BLEACH CLEAN UP
METPEROX is a catalase enzyme preparation produced from fungal
Aspergillus species. The enzyme will catalyze the transformation of residual hydrogen
peroxide into oxygen and water. It has no effect on textile material or dyestuffs.
» Degumming Silk Fiber
Metsilk for degumming of silk fiber and raw silk is to remove the sericin. METSILK
is an alkaline proteolytic enzyme.
» WOOL ENZYME
METWOOL is an alkaline protease enzyme preparation
produced by a selected strain of Bacillus species. The enzyme will hydrolyze proteins
producing soluble peptides and amino acids. METWOOL is high performance wool enzyme.
» EFFLUENT MANAGEMENT:
EFFLUENT-M is a mixture of various enzymes and spores
to be used in textile effluent treatment. Organic wastes of textile effluent contain
a mixture of complex compounds, which have to be broken down to simple compounds
before disposal. EFFLUENT-M contains a mixture of various enzymes, which immediately
start to break down the organic waste.
